Consent form

Every contestant must submit the Consent Form with one's own signature prior to the kick-off of the tournament.

Non-fulfillment of this procedure will cause the disqualification of the contestant from participation in the tournament.

The team leader of each country is responsible for submitting the forms of all participants from one's own country prior to the tournament kick-off.
